The Company

BRH-Garver West is a civil projects contractor specializing in civil construction, open trench construction, microtunneling and sewer rehabilitation using slip-lining and pipe bursting.

Part of the San Diego Community since 1990 and originally a division of BRH-Garver, Inc., a Houston based company, BRH-Garver West is now an independent, San Diego entity. Licensed in multiple states, BRH-Garver West extends their reach to the entire southwest region.

Continuing the legacy, the executive leadership that is responsible for the success of BRH-Garver in the southwest remains constant. Partnered now as Mike Arme, President, and Mike Garver, Vice President, QUALITY, SAFETY and CLIENT SATISFACTION remain the focus of BRH-Garver West.

BRH-Garver was one of the first contractors to bring the concept of pipe bursting and microtunneling to San Diego and was awarded the 1997 Trenchless Technology’s Project of the Year. This award winning project, North Mission Valley Interceptor Phase II, is the largest microtunneling trench-less technology project the city of San Diego has done to date.

BRH-Garver West has an experienced, professional staff which Mike considers one of the company’s greatest assets. The team has innovative techniques of developing new technology and methods of construction.
